Morning Glory Baked Oatmeal
This is one of my favorite oatmeal recipes. I can enjoy it for breakfast or lunch. It makes an excellent, nutritious meal that’s perfect for starting the day, eating before a workout or run, or even having for dessert. And it has everything I could ask for in a meal: oats, fruit, vegetables, healthy fats, protein, iron, and best of all, it tastes amazing.
