In a medium sized jar, layer the ingredients as shown above. Make sure to leave two or three inches at the top for the milk.
Fill the entire jar with coconut milk. Seal the jar and shake, shake, shake! The layering of ingredients may cause you to be unable to fill the whole jar with milk, so fill it as much as you can, seal and shake, add more coconut milk, and shake some more.
Let the jar sit, sealed on the counter for five minutes so that all the ingredients have a chance to sit together before refrigerating.
Refrigerate the sealed jar overnight. Enjoy for a cold, tasty breakfast on-the-go or a nutritious post-workout snack.
